Miss Coward, n daughter of Dr. Coward, and Miss Boss (now the wifc of Dean Harper) were also teachers about, the same time. An old-time pupil, chatting with a reporter yesterday, said that when he attended the school, in tho parly 'seventies, there were no building! between tho school and Canterbury College with tho exception of the dwelling of "the old rabbit man," whoso name was Claridge, and who, it was reported, claimed relationship with the Claridge of the well known London hotel of the same name.
