LONDON, December 27. The Anglo-Chinese Treaty, signed at Nanking on December 20th, has been released by the Foreign Office. It reveals the abrogation of all existing treaties limiting the right of China to settle a national Customs tariff or impose tonnage dues in accordance with her own desires..
