MAN DROWNED WHILE BATHING

AUCKLAND, Novembef 0. Christopher Blenkhorn, aged SB, a single man, was drowned while bathing at Takapuna this afternoon. „He dived into comparatively shallow water ana failed to reappe&r. People on the beach, becoming alarmed at his long submersion, graded in and brought him but efforts at resuscitation f ailed.'
