YOUTH DROWNED.

(PBESS ASSOCIATION TBLEGBAM.) WELLINGTON, November 5. Thomas Turner, aged twenty, was drowned, through a dinghy capsizing near Island Bay on Saturday night. With a companion he was setting a fishing net when the boat capsized in a squally sea. Both -got hold of the upturned boat, but it turned over again and Turner lost his grip. He was never seen again. His companion got ashore.
