CHANCELLOR'S ARTICLES.
QUESTIONS RAISED IN HOUSE. (UNITED press ASSOCIATION— by ELICTEIO TELEGRAPH—COPYRIGHT.) LONDON, April 13. The editor of "Nash's Magazine" confirms the report that Mr Winston Churchill has contracted to write 12 articles. He raised the question of Mr Stanley's Baldwin's ban, but Mr Churchill did not consider that magazine articles came within it. He was of the opinion that the rule applied to newspaper journalism. Questions relating to articles by Ministers are being raised in the House of Commons. —Australian Press Association. [An earlier cable stated that Mr Winston Churchill had entered into a contract to write 12 magazine articles entitled "Personages I Used to Know."]
