CYCLING BY-LAWS.

TO THE EDITOR OP THE PRESS. Sir, —There are by-laws in this town regarding cyclists, who are supposed to have bells on their bicycles. This by-law is not kept, and traffic inspectors who are paid to see that they are kept do not seem anxious to take any action. Cyclists in their hundreds overy day Tide past traffic inspectors, and though these same cyclists ignore this by-law no notice is taken of them. —Yours, etc., DUTY. March 12th, 1925.
