MELBOURNE CREW TO VISIT NEW ZEALAND. [THE PRESS Special Service.] ■WELLINGTON", February 9. Definite advice hns been received by Mr A. D. Bayfield, hon. secretary of the NewZealand Amateur Rowing Association, flint the Victorian Rowing Association has endorsed the nomination of the Wendourec Rowing Club to tend a four-oared senior crew to New Zealand at the end of this month. The personnel of the crew in ns follows: .1. R. Jopling (stroke), list 21b; \V. R. I!. Todd (3), lOst 101b; G. Hutchlns (2), list 61b; K. S. Merrirann (bow), list 41b. The crew will probably sail f ro m Sydney an February 25th, and the present intention is that they will compete it the Wanganui Regatta on March sth, the Wellington Rcgatt:i on March 12th, and the Championship Regatta at Picton on March 19th. It is possible that the crew will not brins its boat or coxswain, and an endeavour will probably be made to provide them accordingly.
