The Canterbury Horticultural Society's Autumn Show opens in the Art Gallery to-day. There will be a magnificent display of gladioli, flow-era which are at present in the very front rank of popularity; also n very fine exhibit of rweet peas from Dunedin. A very fine collection of dahlias will be on -riew, mnd also a larce ranee of hydraoccas from Ilam. .
