HOT OVENS YET COOL COOKS.

♦- ART OF COOKING IN SUMMER. The temperament of the cook depends largely on the temperature of the kitchen. The higher the temperature the hotter her temper, but tho more control she has over the oven the more even her temper will be. Is it any wonder, then, that so many up-to-date housewives cook by electricity? An Electric Cooker keeps the heat where it Iwlongs, and although the oven may be made as hot as necessary, yet the kitchen remains comfortably cool.
