(Received February 7th, 6.50 p.m.) . LONDON, February 7.
The "Daily Express" says the steel trust formed in September by French, German, Belgian, and Luxembourg magnates is crumbling. Herr Thyssen, tho Ocrman, withdrew as a protest against French action in occupied territories, and other Germans now demnnd that their percentago of trado bo increased, otherwise they will abandon the Trust in April. Tho Germans claim that tho fail of tho franc artificially stimulated French production, giving France nn advantage that was not anticipated when tho Trust terms were arranged in September.
