BELIEVED TO BE KIDNAPPED. (W CABLE—PBEBS ASSOCIAtIOH—COPIWOHT.) (AOBTBAUAK AHD K.Z. CABLI ASSOCIATIOH.) (Received February 6tb, 5.6 p.m.) NEW YORK, February 5. A Loi Angeles message States thAt E. C. Uhr, associate of MajOr G666V sell, received an unsigned letter from Varolii, Mexico, alleging that GO66V sell had been kidnapped, and asking 5000 dollars to procure his release. It is believed that Major Goodsall crossed the Mexican frontier in an effort to gain permanent residence in the United States, his Sis months' Visit period having expired.
