Tho Brussels correspondent of the T>aily Telegraph" states that it is reported that the betrothal of Prince Leopold, the heir to the Belgian throne, to tho Swedish Princess Astrid, will be officially announced after the visit of Queen Elizabeth and Prince Leopold to the Swedish Court.
