NBW DEMANDS ON EMPLOYERS. (SPECIAL TO "THI PBESS.''i WELLINGTON, May 8. The conference between the seamen and the shipowners, to consider the framing of a new agreement, will be held in Wellington on May 17th. The demands have been forwarded to the employers by the Seamen's Union, but they are not available for publication. When asked if a copy of the demands was available, Mr W. T. Young, general secretary of the Seamen's Federation, stated that they were strictly confidential. . <
