Advices from Ujuda, Morocco, state that the peace conference broke up in the evening without a decision being reached in regard to the preliminaries of the peace negotiations. The date of the next conference was not fixed, the delegates wishing to consult their Governments prior to another meeting. LITTLE HOPE OF SUCCESS. (AtTSTBAIIAW ASD X.Z. CABUS ASSOOIATIOS) (Received April 23rd, 1.20 a.m.) MADRID, April 22. News from Morocco gives little hope of success as a Ml outcome of the peace efforts, according to a statement by General de Eivera.
