Advices from Oudjda state that difficulties have arisen in the Moroccan Peaoc Conference, in connexion with which one Rifii delegate was flown in a French aeroplane to conmilt Abdei Krim and the chief tribes. The difficulties are explained in c statement *by Riffi delegates that they are' unable to accept, without modification, the Franco-Spanish demands for the immediate release of prisoners, Wnd the unhindered advance of Franco-Spanish troops on certain positions at present occupied by the Riffis, before official negotiations are opened. A Melilla message says that Abdei K:im has ordered the cessation of hostilities, and threatens terere punishment if the order is disobeyed.
