AN INVOLVED CASE.
RESTAURANTS-KEEPER'S BANKRUPTCY. The adjourned meeting of the. creditors of Hugh O'Connor, a restaurant proprietor, was held yesterday "mqrning. • The Official Assignee, Mr A. W. Watters, presided. It' was decided to appoint three creditors to look into bankrupts affairs to ascertain whether or not there was sufficient evidence to warrant a prosecution. , The Official Assignee said that this was one of the most involved cases he had to deal.with. A creditor said that most of the creditors were creditors of J. J. O'Connor, whose affairs had not yet ! been cleared up» The meeting was adjourned sine die.
