GERMAN EX-PRINCES.

The Duke Charles Edward of Saxe-Coburg-Gotha," son of the Duke of Albany, is among the ex-Princes claiming large sums from the State. The Berlin Press describes him as a real Englishman who never renounced his British nationality. The Duke aJready has been awarded by the Supreme Court 30,000,000 gold' marks and extensive landed property. He now claims a further 4,000,000 gold marks from the Thuringian Government.
