Sir Jaines Parr telegraphs: '" 'My remarks about hoardings were plainly and clearly directed to the display of indecent and lascivious posters in connexion with moving pictures, and I suggest that you should communicate with Mr Archer and point this out.' You have been rol>ortod to havo referred to Hon. Pair's remarks as a protest supporting you against tho uso of hoardings in general, so in justice to all commercial and other institutions using hoardings, and in fairness to Hon.
