REGROUPING OF ALLIED TROOPS (by cable—press association—copteight.) (RECTEa's TEUEGHAItsO I'AklS, November 27. The regrouping of troops has been completed as a result of th© forthcoming evaluation of Cologne by the transfer of British troops to Weisbaden. The French Army of Occupation will henceforth consist of three armycorps and six divisions, including one cavalrv division.
