Owing to the failure o? negotiations respecting the shipowners' decision to cut down wireless operators' wages by 22s 6d monthly as from December Ist, the Operators' Associations decreed a strike to-day. Those arriving at home ports will be instructed to refuse to sign on again till the dispute is settled.
