CHINESE REVOLT.
CABINET CHANGE IMMINENT. (BI CABLE—rBE3S ASSOCIATION—COI'IUHikI.) (eeuteb's telegrams.) i (Received November 26th, 8.5 p.m.) PEKING, November 25. Out of the mass of rumours there* seems no doubt that a serious revolt has broken out among the Mukden troops, who are fighting each, other at Launchow, Ghinwangtao, and elsewhere, along the Peking-Mukden railway. It is claimed, in some quarters, that Kuosung Ling has captured Mukden and make Chang-Tso-Lin prisoner, but other reports state that troops loyal to Chang-Tso-Lin have tho railway at Ckinwangtao in order to hinder Kuosung Ling's advance on Mukden. The ChibJi Party is preparing to declare the independence of Mukden and is also drafting a telegram urging Chang-Tso-Liu to retire. There is no doubt that tho Mukden Party lias collapsed, at least temporarily, thus immensely strengthening Fong-Yu-Siang. Cabinet changes are considered imminent. It is expected all Anfuites aud Mukdenites will bo forced to rosign and a Kiiomieb.ua Cabinet installed.
