WELLINGTON, ' October 29. The final of the Wellington ladles' provincial championship''-was decided at Miramar this afternoon in ideal weather. Miss Chrystall ' (Christchurch) defeated Miss Jervis (Hutt), by 4 up and o. to play. Neither player reproduced the form shown in the previous rounds, both obviously suffering from nerves. After the 12th, when Miss Chrystall was three up, Miss Jervis, who had found two hunkers on the way to the preen, played with a lack of confidence which made- her defeat certain. The four-ball bogey was won by Mrs Webster and Miss Findlay, 7 up.
