Vehicular traffic' will be prohibited from using the New Brighton Esplanade, between Bowhill road and a point two chains north of Osborne terrace, to-day, the occasion of the North Beach prala. A railway excursion to Timaru v.-ill be held to-morrow. The special train leaves at 7.25 a.m.
A special train ■will leave Rangiora for Oxford West at 10.5 a.m. on Ifcinday and to Rar.giora at 5.20 p.m. Entries for the Hangiora sports close todaj.
