WHY NOT DOMINION APPOINTEES ? "DAILY HERALD" SUGGESTION. (B* CABL3—FBBSS ASSOCIATION —COPTBIGHT) (austealiah a;;d sr.z. cabls association.) LONDON, August 13. Tho "Daily Herald," in an editorial regarding the Tasinanian Governcrship, suggests that, owing to the scarcity of sufficiently wealthy Labourites in Britain, efforts should be made to find a candidate in one of the other Dominions. Such an innovation, the Labour journal says, would do more to show that the British Empire is really united than years of talk or miles of articles.
