(SPEfIAI, TO "THE ?RE~S.") WELLINGTON, August 14. . The Hon. C. J. Parr; Minister of Education, says he'is well aware of the necessity of erecting a new school building on a more central site at Otira, and will take an early opportunity of bringing the proposal before Cabinet.
