HIGH SCHOOL OLD GIRLS' DANCE.

Excellent mnsic and a good floor and happy youth combined to make the Christchurch High Sehool Old Girls' Association's annual dance, held in Dixieland last evening, a thoroughly enjoyable function. A capable dance committee made the arrangements. Sutherland's orchestra supplied the music. The supper tables were decorated with flowering shrubs and spring flowers, and ribbons of navy blue and red, the High School colours, were placed at intervals across the tables. The committee were: Misses Euth Spragge, Muriel Simes, Ngarita Partridge, Audrey Harris, Hazel Faville, Jessie Clark and Beryl Bigg-Wither.
