_ 9 CABLE MESSAGE TO GOVERNORGENERAL. Brigadier-General A. W. Andrew, Chief Commissioner ■of Boy Scouts in New Zealand, has received the following telegram from Captain A. E. Curtis, privato secretary to his Excellency the Governor-General, Viscount Jellicoe, the Dominion Chief Scout:— His Excellency was very pleased to receive yesterday from General Baden Powell the following cable which he thinks you may desire to publish:— "His Majesty the King inspected the New Zealand Scouts. Congratulations on your splendid contingent."
