THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL.
(SPECIAL TO "THE PHBSB.") WELLINGTON, August 11. Lord Jellicoe has recovered from the cold which has kept him indoors for a few days. He attended a meeting of the Executive Council to-day, and left for Christchurch this evening to fulfill various engagements.
