V ANOTHER INCIPIENT FIRE. (BFBCIAI. TO "THK PREBB.") WELLINGTON, August 11. Another fire was discovered in Parliament Buildings this morning, fortunately before any damage was done. A box containing towels was found alight in a store and lincn-room adjacent to Bellamy's in the old Government House building, which, if it got properly alight, would go like matchwood. The fire was close to a case of kerosene, the wood of the case being scorched. Luckily it was notieed in time and. promptly extinguished.
