CHARGE OF SHEEP-STEALING.
«H (FHE3S ASSOCIATION TELEGHAM.) NAPIER, December 5. The case in winch Robert McGregor was charged with the theft of 115 ahsep, was concluded in the Policb Court to-daj'. The accused pleaded not guilty, and was committed to the bupreme Court for trial. Bail was fixed at self in £2OO and two sureties oi £IOO each.
