„. THE "CROXTON CUP." v ' ' ' ' . ■'■'.; Rifleman H. V. Croxton,, of the Karorj Eifie Club, has advised Colonel R. J. Collins (president N.R.A.) that lie desires to give the 8.3.A. silver cup, which he won outright at the last meeting of the D.R.A., to the National Rifle Association of New-. Zealand for competition at the annual rifle meetings of the Association. The cup. is to be known as "The Croxjion Cup)" and Jjo, held each yeaT by.the winner of the aggregate at present known as the Bialey aggregate for long range shooting. Colonel Collins, in accepting; the cup, states such » handsome trophy will' be a great incentive to riflemen to compete in the long range competitions, and heartily thartks the donor for his gift.
