RED ARMY MUTINY. CbT CABM—PBESB (UKITID BEBTICK.) [LONDON, April 27. The "Warsaw correspondent of the "Daily Mail" reports that mutineers of the Red Army captured Noyorossisk, on the Black Sea. coast. They shot 450 Bolsheviks. Fighting continues' inland. AMERICAN CONSULS WITHDRAWING. NEW YORK, April 27. A messago from Harbin, Manchuria,, states that Vladivostok advices are to the effect that Mr Star, the American Consul there, is leaving on May Ist, and is advising all Americans to do likewise. • The Ohita Consul is also leaving. It is understood that the Soviet demanded that Washington should request Moscow to extend official recognition to American officials. Mr C. E. Hughes, Secretary of State, is replying by ordering their withdrawal.
