STONES THROWN AT JUDGE
DISAPPOINTED LITIGANT PUNISHED. (BY CABLE—IBESS ASSOCIATION—COPYEIOHT.) (AUSTRALIAN AND K.I. CABLE ASSOCIATION.) LONDON, April 27. Arthur Ravenhill, a disappointed litigant, hurled a shower of stones at Mr Justice Eomer in the Chancery Division. Though some of the stones struck the Judge, he fortunately was not injured. Ravenhill. who lost a case a few days ago, sat in the back of the Court and* threw three handfuls of stones before the usher reached him. The Judge committed him to prison, saying the action was contempt of such a character that it could not be overlooked.
