A jury to try the men oharged in connexion with the Herrin mine outrages, at Marion, Illinois, has been completed after fire weeks' strenuous efforts by the prosecution, in whoh several panels were exhausted amid continual wrangling. The lightness with which, the trial is regarded was demonstrated yesterday, when a parade of fraternal lodge members entered the Courthouse and seised the lawyers and officers, putting them under farcical arrest and forcing an adjournment' of the proceedings.
