EMPIRE WIRELESS CHAIN.

Plans hare heen prepared and a site selected for the construction of a wireless station in Britain to communicate with the Dominions and abroad. The station involves an expenditure of £2,000,000. Mr Godfrey Isaacs, managing director of Marconi's Wireless Telegraph Co., Ltd., announced in an interview that his firm had secured a contract to build a station at Montreal. It is anticipated that the licensee for the British stations will be granted n a few davs, and work will begin immediately" The Empire chain will be complete in eighteen months.
