According to a Riga telegram, a serious revolt of workers took place in Moscow, following a strike at the railway shops and water works. A regiment of lted .Guards joined the and fired on the troops, Which were endeavouring to crush the malcontents. Fierce fighting followed. It took the Bolsheviks several days, aided by reinforcements, to quell the outbreak. '
