THE I.W.W. INQUIRY.
AN UNSCRUPULOUS WITNESS.
(By C*We.—Prprt''Association.— CopyrigSt) SYDNEY. December 17.
The I.W.AV. report, referring to the suspicion raised by Scully that McAlister's death was the result of foul piny, states that it was one of the numerous instances of Scully's untruthfulness and unscrupulousness. The report concludes that- the evidence given at the enquiry for the most part was a tissue of falsehoods, aimed at ruining men whose good name was peculiarly open to attack, and is convinced that) the dominant motive -of Scully's mind! was to get money, probably by means 08 blackmail.
