July 16th—Moses Partridge Bcnodict Brown (Christchurch), Joseph L. Parish (Marshland), "Chas. L. Pinor (Christchurch), George Pierco (Christchurch), Robert Willan (Tai Tapu), William H. ioung (Christchurchl, Albert G. Cameron (ChristcEurch). July' 29th—Jack Stanley (Christchurcn), Edward J. Sisson (Christchurch). August 12th—Herbert John Tibbott3 (Okain's Bay). August 26th—Percy A. Rossiter (Christchurch) (employyers appeal). The appeal of Joseph H. Pratt (Canst* church) waa adjourned for a month, to ollow of liis being medically re-examined. Sine die adjournments wero granted Edward Loftus Russell (Chrislchurch), Hoban Arthur Pearson (Christchurch). The following having been medically classified C 2, had their appeals adjourned sino dn —Percy J. Skinner (Christchurch), W. K. Hall (Chiietchurch). John C. K. Harding (Probblcton), being a. member of class B, bad his appeal allowed. Patrick S. Flood (Tai Tapu), having been medically classified D, had his appeal allowed. . The appeal of Edwin EHom (Christchurch), a religious objector, was dismissed. Major Gresson said ho was a Scction 34 man, • one who had been charged with failing to enrol. _
The appeals of John C. Munns (Lyttelton) and George Graham (Christchurch) were di-Tnitrad, owing to the non-appearance of appellants.
