SCHEME FOR THEIR RELIEF.

Ample proof has been received by \he Central Prisoners of War Committee of tho safe arrival of a large percentage of the food parcels in the shape of postcards of acknowledgment sent by the captured men themselves, and the news given by the "many hundreds of dis- ( nbled prisoners who have been ox- * changed.
