' 913 about sft Biin. in height, with, a aaUow 'complexion, medium build, tat- . too marks on the back of his left hand, and a bald patch on the back of his ncacl. Ho is an ex-Burnham boy, and ' iiiiliio is Robert Dickson Warden, alias Robert Lawrence. He was sentenced on February 20th at tho Supremo Court to twelve months' imrprisonment on each of two charges of breaking, entering, and theft, and to twelve months' imprisonment on three charges of theft to which lie had pleaded guilty at' tho Magistrates Court, this sentence to run concurrently with, the- previous ones; in all, an addition •of two years to tho term of two years \ which he was serving. In addition, he was declared an habitual criminal. At tho tiino of his trial ho had 28 previous . convictions agaitust him, fully a dozen • of which involved dishonesty.
