THE 'REPEAL" CONFERENCE. (special to "thk puisi.") DUXEDIN, Dccc-mber 13. A meeting of the Dunedin Union was held, when the matter of representation at the forthcoming conference of Labour organisations at Wellington. in connexion with the Military Service Act was considered. Tho meeting decided not to bo represented at the conference. No expression of opinion was given in regard to the suggestion that tho Act should bo repealed.
