RUSSIA'S CAMPAIGN.
THE SOUTHERN FRONT. ENEMY /REINFORCEMENTS (By Cable.—Prces Association.—Copyright.) PARIS. January 13. M. Naudeau, French correspondent with Russian Headquarters, writing from Petrograd, says that with a view to coping with the Russian offensive, the Austrians have recalled four divisions from the Balkans and two from the Italian front. The Germans are bringing up eight divisions from the Balkans. They have also tapped the French front to some extent.

The Government arc stamping nut bribery, and speculation in food. Thoy have arrested sixteen highly-placed speculators in Moscow and Petrograd, and two Councillors at Nijni Novgorod, on charges of cornering flour and sugar. Further arrests are ponding.
