SUSPECTED NEUTRALS
(Received November 29th, 11.5 p.m.) LONDON, November 29. A Norwegian trawler has been brought to Fleetwood (on the Lancashire coasf., also the crew of a Danish trawler, which was captured. It is alleged that these vessels were mine-laying. (Received November 29th, 11- P-m.) AMSTERDAM, November 29. The material for constructing submarines that has been brought to Zeebrugge is greater than has been supposed. Tho Dutch Press declares that the place is becoming a serious navai base.
