Velvet is the wheat mostly in demand The following are the prkes paid:--Velvet, 3s 9d-to 3s 9-id, net; Red Chaff, 3s 8d; Marshall's White, 3s 7d to 3h 8d; Tuscan, 3a 7d to 3e 7Jd, all net at country stations. Oats are still dealt with on a limited scale, though a few good-sized lives have changed hands at the following prices:—A grade Gartons,'ls 7}d *-o Is B|d; B grade, Is 7d, all net. Cocksfoot seed has been dealt in at 4d per lb. Enquiries have been made for potatoes for shipment at £3 net, per ton.
