Richard Wakelin, on a charge of having supplied liquor to John Orton GenDie during the currency of a prohibitio 1 order, was remanded to appear on Wednesday, th*b 18th inst. AI_LEGED THEFT. Len Ruston was charged with the thel. of a double-barrelled gun, t.'»e property of Christian Anderson. On tho application of Sergeant Clarkso.i, tho case was adjourned to Monday next.
