THE EPIDEMIC IN SYDNEY.
(By Cibie.— -Pwes Association.—Copyright.) SYDNEY, September 1. There were seven cases of smallpox reported on Saturday, and ten on Sunday. A motherless infant, which was born in quarantine on Friday, is progressing well, and has been vaccinated. (Received September 2nd, 12.45 a.m.) SYDNEY, September 1. Ten cases of smallpox-were reported to-day. . Sixtyrthree" patients and 210 convalescents are in quarantine. A large number of people .suffering from chickenpox have- presented themselves for examination.
