COLLISION AT SEA. United Prcs3 Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, March 16. Tho German barque Pisagua and the s'teamor Oceana collided off Beachy Head in the darkness. There wero over 200 passengers on tho Oceana. One boat swamped, but it is believed tho occupants were saved. A Channel steamer secured the passengers of tho Oceana. Tho Ocoana, whilo being towed to Dover, foundered off Dungoness. She had a million specie aboard. The damage to the Pisagua was slight.
