BLIZZARD IN KANSAS.
SEVERE HARDSHIPS CAUSED. United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright NEW YORK, March 15. A heavy blizaard is raging over a Uargo area in Kansas. Traffic on the railroads is suspended, three trains being snowed up and 2CO passengers starving. Relief ploughs are working. There is a shortages of provisions in many Kansas towns.
