(Received August Ist, 12.30 a.m.) MELBOURNE, July 31. Lord Denman has arrived. He was officially welcomed by Mr Hughes, Acting Prime Minister, and was afterwards sworn in by Sir Samuel Griffith, Fedoral Chief Justice.
