(Received August Ist, 12.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, July 81. Mr Justice Heydon, in tho Arbitration Court, said that he was sorry that Mr Beeby's Industrial Bill had not passed. If ifc was not to be relieved of this intolerable burden of Industrial Boards, the Court must devise steps to. relieve itself.
